Hi, I’m Claire


I'm here to teach you the fundamentals of health so you can break through the bs and get on with things in life that matter. I weave together the worlds of science and spirit to encaspulate what it means to heal on all levels. Without the basics in place, we stay stuck and can't actualise what we came here to do. My studies in naturopathy and psychology, alongside my time as a yoga teacher, nutrition coach & PT has provided me with a wealth of knowledge I want to share. So, here we are. I hope you dive in with me.
